October was a busy month for Cyber Security Foundry (CSF) Director, Associate Professor Giovanni Rusello. In mid-October, he alongside colleagues, Joe Rouse and Jarmo Crivelli from Auckland UniServices recently attended the NZ Cyber Security Summit in Wellington. As a gold sponsor, the roundtable debate “It’s in the Cloud – we’re safe, aren’t we?” was moderated by CSF. This provided many great interactions and potential leads for CSF in the way of collaboration and future projects.
In other news, New Zealand Heath IT (NZHiT) invited Director, Associate Professor Giovanni Russello to give a talk at the Cyber Security in Healthcare event at Orion House in association with CERT NZ’s Cyber Smart Week. You can view the presentation here.
